These terms apply to your use of the MacBill System website and subscription plans. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

MacBill System provides restaurant billing and management software on a subscription basis for the period of the plan you choose. Features available depend on the plan.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are paid in advance for the plan period. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. A renewal extends your subscription from the end of the current period.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for keeping your logins secure and for the actions of the staff you give access to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time. We will tell you about important changes.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period. Tax and accounting outputs are tools to help you; please confirm filings with your accountant.
